Hari Wadhwana is an Indian qualified lawyer since 2015 and is pursuing further qualification to be a Solicitor of England and Wales.
At Al Khalifa Advocates & Legal Consultant, he handles corporate matters pertaining to business set up, vetting of agreements, and DIFC and DIAC-conducted arbitration. He assists the litigation team practising in Dubai Courts, and liaisons with clients over day-to-day legal affairs. Hari also provides legal advice and opinions to corporate and individual entities in connection with business set up, contractual law, statutory compliance and potential law suits.
Prior to working at Al Khalifa Advocates & Legal Consultant, he worked as an associate with a leading firm practising maritime law. He has advised on and appeared before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and Hon’ble High Court, Mumbai for matters relating to arrest and release of vessels, demurrage/detention and compensation claims, enforcement of arbitration award- both domestic and international and contractual disputes
